Preferred candidate profile

- 16+ Years of overall experience, including around 10 years of relevant experience in Program Management, leading large-scale enterprise technology programs.
- Strong experience delivering and managing programs involving IBM Sterling OMS (preferred).
- Proven track record of leading OMS implementation, migration, upgrade, and transformation initiatives.
- Good technical depth with a strong understanding of enterprise applications, integrations, APIs, and distributed systems.
- Experience with AWS Cloud environments is preferred.
- Exposure to integration platforms/tools such as MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, Tibco, or similar integration technologies.
- Prior experience managing or delivering Java Spring Boot-based application development projects is highly preferred.
- Ability to work closely with architecture, engineering, product, and business teams to drive successful program outcomes.
- Robust stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
- Experience managing globally distributed teams across multiple geographies and time zones.
- Expertise in program governance, risk management,



dependency tracking, and delivery management.

Role & responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large, complex technology programs, ensuring successful execution within scope, timeline, budget, and quality expectations.
- Drive OMS-related programs, including implementations, platform modernization, upgrades, migrations, and transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, engineering teams, and executive leadership to define program objectives and delivery roadmaps.
- Manage cross-functional teams, project dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests across multiple workstreams.
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technology solutions while driving program outcomes and value realization.
- Facilitate decision-making, conflict resolution, and stakeholder alignment across diverse teams and organizational levels.
- Monitor program health through KPIs, milestones, and delivery metrics, proactively addressing potential risks and bottlenecks.
- Coordinate with globally distributed teams across different regions and time zones to ensure seamless execution and collaboration.
- Champion best practices in program management, agile delivery, risk management, and continuous improvement.
