Job Description: PLC Programmer IA - controls

Position: PLC Programmer Industrial Automation

Location: Peenya, Bengaluru

Job Type: Full-time

Experience Level: 1-4 Years

Key Responsibilities

- PLC, HMI and SCADA programming of control systems in a variety of platforms like SPM, Robotic cells, Assembly lines, BIW Fixtures lines etc.
- Minimum 1 years of Hands-on Experience in Programming of PLC, HMI and SCADA.
- Configuration and testing of PLC data and IO networks.
- Read and process engineering documents, including PIDs, process design guidelines, Electrical
- Schematics, communications Network Architecture and engineering best practices guides.
- Collaborate in cross-functional project team discussions and meetings, and proactively seek
- relevant details for programming deliverables.
- Work experience must be in Siemens/Mitsubishi/AB PLCs.
- Interpret and follow contract and customer specifications Communicate in a formal,
- professional, and technical manner to various audiences
- Provide timely support for customers during commissioning, troubleshooting, and issue Resolution




- Should have strong knowledge and hands-on experience in Industrial communication protocols such as Profinet/Ethernet IP/CC-Link, RS485 etc.
- Attending service calls and should be willing to travel across the country.
- Candidate should be willing to work on Flexible timings.

Experience:

- Minimum 2+ years of Hands-on Experience in Programming of PLC, HMI and SCADA

Preferred candidate profile

- Bachelor's degree in electrical /NTTF Diploma in Mechatronics or Equivalent from an accredited University or College
- One to four years of experience in developing PLC Programs as well as HMI Programs.
- Experience in Troubleshooting of PLC Programs.
- Handling the project as well as commissioning of Automation projects.
- Experience interpreting process control documents.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in Robot Programming is an added advantage.
- Candidates should be from South india
