Role & responsibilities

- Drive Operational Excellence deployment across manufacturing sites/functions aligned with the corporate OE strategy.
- Lead Lean, Six Sigma, ToC, Kaizen and Daily Management System (DMS) initiatives to improve Productivity, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Safety.
- Identify improvement opportunities through data analytics, RCA and KPI diagnostics and lead high-impact improvement projects.
- Coach teams on Lean Six Sigma methodologies and conduct White/Yellow/Green Belt training programs.
- Develop and deploy OE maturity models, best practices and continuous improvement frameworks.
- Drive Kaizen, KPI competitions, Quality Circles and horizontal deployment of best practices across sites.
- Track project perks, financial savings and critical KPIs; prepare MIS and support OE governance.
- Support digital transformation and Industry 4.0 initiatives across manufacturing operations.

Preferred candidate profile

1. 6-10 years total experience
2. At least 3+ years specifically in OE/CI/Lean
3. LSS Black Belt or equivalent strong Six Sigma project experience
4. Hands-on DMS / Daily Management / OE system deployment
