Telecom BSS transformation(IT) B2C and B2B (Business Analyst):

Role Description This full-time Telecom BSS Transformation (IT) role focuses on B2C and B2B operations and is based in the Greater Delhi Area in a hybrid work setup, with flexibility for partial work from home. The role involves supporting and transforming Business Support Systems (BSS) to improve customer journeys, billing, charging, customer relationship management, and order management across consumer and enterprise segments. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing business and technical requirements, configuring and maintaining BSS platforms, coordinating with network and IT teams, and troubleshooting incidents to ensure service continuity. The role also requires collaborating with stakeholders to define process improvements, supporting rollout of current products and offers, ensuring compliance with security and regulatory standards, and documenting systems, processes, and changes. The individual will participate in testing and deployment activities, monitor system performance, and contribute to continuous optimization of telecom IT and BSS capabilities.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Information Technology with experience in telecom IT or BSS environments,



including exposure to billing, CRM, and order management systems.
- Network Administration skills with the ability to work closely with network and infrastructure teams to support integrated BSS solutions.
- Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex system, integration, and performance issues.
- Knowledge of Network Security principles and practices to support secure configuration, data protection, and compliance in telecom systems.
- Customer Service orientation with the ability to understand stakeholder needs and translate them into effective technical and process solutions.
- Experience with B2C and B2B telecom processes, such as provisioning, billing, charging, and customer lifecycle management, is highly advantageous.
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and middleware tools used in telecom BSS ecosystems; experience with testing and deployment methodologies.
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively
