Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend applications using Node.js, Express.js, and NestJS.
- Design and integrate REST, SOAP, and gRPC APIs.
- Work on Microservices and MVC architecture.
- Write unit and integration tests using Jest.
- Handle Node.js/NestJS framework upgrades and migrations.
- Optimize backend performance and databases.
- Work with PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, and Redis.
- Use GitHub for code management, pull requests, and CI/CD workflows.
- Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards.
- Collaborate with product, technology, and other teams to develop new features.
- Guide and support junior developers when required.

Must-Have Skills

- 4+ years of backend development experience.




- Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and NestJS.
- Must have worked on at least 2 projects using NestJS.
- Experience with REST APIs and preferably SOAP/gRPC APIs.
- Good understanding of Microservices and MVC architecture.
- Experience with Jest for testing.
- Experience with both SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience with Node.js/NestJS upgrades and migrations.
- Positive knowledge of GitHub and CI/CD workflows.
- Experience with at least one ORM such as Sequelize, TypeORM, or Prisma.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
