JD FOR QUALITY ANALYST

- To conduct audits and share feedback as per the assigned target.

- Participates in customer and client listening programs to identify customer needs and expectations.

- To take quality sessions as per the requirement.

- Conduct pre and post shift briefings and cascade the product and process updates on the floor.

- Do dipstick and knowledge level check activities on the floor.

- Prepare the quality dashboards and different kind of quality updates dissemination reports.

- Support and hand hold the recent members in quality team.

- Coordinate with the QTL for product related updates.

- Highlight the gaps & red alerts of processes.

- To take quality sessions as per the requirement.

- Develop and drive process improvement plans.





- Provides inputs in improvement in quality.

- Designed the standard training process and modules conduct the batches and certification process.

- Provides actionable data to various internal support groups as needed.

- Designed the call monitoring formats and quality standards.

- Conduct the batches and certification process.

- Conduct internal and external calibrations with 0% variance.
