Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion PPM Lead with strong techno-functional expertise and a primary focus on Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management solutions. The role will lead PPM solution design, technical architecture, configurations, integrations, project financial management, project costing, billing, reporting, and process optimization. The ideal candidate will combine solid technical Oracle Fusion expertise with a solid understanding of project and financial business processes, particularly within EPC and industrial environments. This is a contractual role requiring close collaboration with business stakeholders, technical teams, functional teams, and implementation partners.

Skill / Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Finance, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of total experience with strong hands-on experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
- Strong techno-functional expertise with primary focus on Oracle Fusion technical solutions and architecture.
- Mandatory hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM.
- Mandatory EPC (Engineering, Procurement & Construction) domain experience.
- Strong experience across Oracle Fusion Project Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, Project Contracts, and related PPM capabilities.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end project lifecycle and project financial management processes.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and web services.
- Strong experience with Oracle Fusion configurations, workflows, approvals, extensions, and technical solution design.
- Experience integrating PPM with Oracle Fusion Financials, Procurement,



Supply Chain, and other enterprise applications.
- Strong understanding of project costing, revenue recognition, billing, budgeting, forecasting, and project accounting.
- Experience with project-related data migration, interfaces, data validation, and technical troubleshooting.
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, SQL, and Oracle Fusion reporting.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion security, roles, access controls, and technical governance.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion quarterly updates, impact assessment, regression testing, and release management.
- Ability to translate business and functional requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion PPM technical solutions.
- Solid understanding of EPC project processes including project planning, resource management, procurement, project costs, contracts, and project financial controls.
- Experience working with implementation partners and managing technical deliverables.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Job Responsibilities

- Lead Oracle Fusion PPM solution design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide technical leadership across Oracle Fusion Project Management, Project Costing, Project Billing, and Project Contracts.




- Translate EPC business and functional requirements into scalable Oracle Fusion PPM technical solutions.
- Design and govern integrations between Oracle Fusion PPM and Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain, and external systems.
- Lead integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), REST/SOAP APIs, and related technologies.
- Configure and govern Oracle Fusion PPM workflows, approvals, extensions, and technical components.
- Support end-to-end project financial processes including project costing, billing, revenue, budgeting, forecasting, and accounting.
- Ensure Oracle Fusion PPM effectively supports EPC project lifecycle and industrial project requirements.
- Lead project data migration, interfaces, data validation, reporting, and technical troubleshooting activities.
- Develop and govern OTBI and BI Publisher reporting solutions for project and financial reporting.
- Review Oracle Fusion PPM security, roles, access controls, and technical governance.
- Lead Oracle Fusion quarterly release assessments, impact analysis, regression testing, and release readiness.
- Coordinate with functional consultants, project teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, and implementation partners.
- Review technical designs and deliverables to ensure compliance with Oracle Fusion standards and enterprise architecture.
- Identify integration gaps, technical risks, performance issues, and opportunities for automation and optimization.
- Provide technical guidance for PPM enhancements, production support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement.
- Maintain solution architecture, technical documentation, configuration standards, and PPM governance documentation.
