Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Pega Delivery Lead / Pega Engagement Manager to lead Pega application delivery, business process automation initiatives, and client engagements. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Pega BPM, case management, workflow automation, and delivery management, coupled with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure successful project execution. This role involves driving delivery excellence, stakeholder management, quality governance, and continuous process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery Management

- Lead end-to-end delivery of Pega-based applications and digital process automation initiatives.
- Manage project schedules, sprint planning, execution, and releases in an Agile environment.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality standards and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor project risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans.

Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor development teams comprising 10-25 members.
- Drive team performance, collaboration, and knowledge sharing.
- Conduct regular reviews to ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Business Process Automation

- Support and drive enterprise-wide business process automation initiatives.
- Translate business requirements into scalable Pega solutions.
- Ensure effective implementation of workflow automation and case management processes.

Client & Stakeholder Management

- Engage with project stakeholders and client teams to understand business objectives.




- Provide regular project updates, status reports, and risk assessments.
- Build strong client relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Governance & Quality Assurance

- Establish and enforce delivery governance frameworks and best practices.
- Ensure compliance with organizational standards, SLAs, and quality benchmarks.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects and improve delivery efficiency.
