Project Construction Management

- Lead end-to-end construction activities of solar PV projects.
- Develop site execution strategies and construction plans.
- Ensure project milestones are achieved as per approved schedules.
- Manage site mobilization, resource deployment, and construction sequencing.
- Drive project execution from Notice to Proceed (NTP) through commissioning.
- Supervise civil, structural, mechanical, and electrical construction activities.
- Monitor installation of MMS structures, PV modules, inverters, transformers, switchyard, and transmission systems.
- Ensure adherence to approved drawings, specifications, and construction standards.
- Resolve site constraints and technical issues promptly.
- Coordinate with planning teams for project scheduling.
- Track progress against baseline schedules and identify delays.
- Implement recovery plans and mitigation measures.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly construction reports.
