Role Responsibilities:
• Manage IMS system configuration, maintenance and production support
• Prepare JCL and perform IMS system generation
• Handle IMS upgrades, migrations and RSU maintenance
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot production issues
• Develop operational procedures and documentation
• Provide on-call support for IMS-DC systems
• Coordinate with IBM/ISV vendors for issue resolution
