About Position:

We are seeking a skilled SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) Plugin Developer with over 4 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining custom plugins and extensions for SailPoint IdentityIQ, ensuring scalable and secure solutions that enhance the functionality of our identity governance platform.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain custom SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) plugins and extensions.
- Develop custom REST APIs, UI pages, backend services, workflows, rules, and task definitions within IIQ.
- Build scalable and secure plugin-based solutions to extend IdentityIQ functionality.
- Develop and maintain reusable APIs for access requests, certifications, provisioning, reporting, and governance processes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve plugin, API, performance, and integration-related issues.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- Strong hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ Plugin Development.
- Expertise in developing custom REST APIs within SailPoint IIQ Plugins.
- Positive knowledge of SailPoint Plugin Framework, Plugin SDK, and plugin deployment lifecycle.
- Experience building API-based solutions using Java, REST, JSON, XML, and SQL.
- Proficiency in SailPoint Rules, Workflows, Forms, Tasks, Custom Objects, and Lifecycle Management.
- Strong knowledge of IAM/IGA concepts including JML, Certifications, Provisioning, RBAC, and SoD.
- Experience with application onboarding and connector configurations.
- Experience with Tomcat, Maven, Git, and CI/CD processes.
- Ability to troubleshoot API performance, authentication, authorization, and security-related issues.
- SailPoint IdentityIQ Engineer Certification.
- Experience developing reusable API wrappers and enterprise IAM integrations.
- Knowledge of Okta, Azure AD/Entra ID, Active Directory, LDAP,



and SSO technologies.
- The successful candidate will bring a strong technical background in SailPoint IdentityIQ development, a deep understanding of identity governance principles, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- You will work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs.
