About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented General Manager (GM) to oversee business operations, drive revenue growth, manage teams, and ensure smooth execution of the company's real estate advisory activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and oversee day-to-day business and operational activities.

- Develop and execute strategies to achieve business and revenue targets.

- Lead, mentor, and monitor sales and business development teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in real estate,



sales, business development, or business operations.

- Strong leadership and team-management skills.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

- Strong understanding of sales processes and business development.

- Ability to analyze business performance and make data-driven decisions.

- Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working in a quick-paced environment.

- Solid problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
