Role & responsibilities

- Shall have expertise in handling green field projects (Specially from Manufactuting or automotive industry)
- Expert in Talent Acquisition, Training & Talent Development
- Expert knowledge in Labour Law
- Create and drive long term strategy for Industrial relations
- Ensure full compliance with of all relevant labour laws / labour codes
- Compliance and Works Committee or Equivalent / Wage Settlements
- Liasoning with concerned government authorities and agencies

Preferred candidate profile

- MBA in Human resources or MSW in HR / Industrial Relations (Mandatory)
- 18~25 years in Manufacturing industry & Minimum 8 Years in Automotive
- Well verse in local languages (Hindi/Marathi/Positive English)
- Proven experience of independently managing 100+ workforce setup
- Labor law certification (preferred)
- Green field project experience
