Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Area Revenue Head to drive revenue growth, hotel performance, and business expansion across an assigned territory. The role involves managing multiple Revenue Leads, improving partner hotel performance, driving operational excellence, and expanding the hotel network through new partner acquisitions.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage multiple Revenue Leads across the assigned territory.
- Drive revenue, occupancy, profitability, and overall business performance of partner hotels.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly business metrics and ensure achievement of targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and implement strategies to improve hotel revenue and profitability.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations across the assigned hotel portfolio.
- Identify operational gaps and work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly.
- Drive supply expansion by identifying and onboarding new hotel partners.
- Build solid relationships with hotel owners and key stakeholders.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity,



and customer demand to identify business opportunities.
- Conduct regular business reviews with Revenue Leads and drive team productivity.
- Ensure adherence to company processes, quality standards, and service expectations.

What Were Looking For

- Experience in Hotel Operations, Revenue Management, Hospitality, Business Development, or Sales Leadership.
- Strong people management skills with experience leading multiple team members.
- Good analytical, negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable with extensive field travel within the assigned territory.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced business environment.
