We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with 7-8 years of relevant experience to join our SAP team in Kolkata. The candidate should have strong functional expertise in SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), with hands-on experience in implementation, rollout, support, and business process improvements. for our organization i.e. ITC Infotech.

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP SD solutions.
- Configure and support SAP SD processes including:
- Sales order management
- Pricing and taxation
- Delivery and shipping
- Billing and invoicing
- Returns and credit/debit processes
- Customer master and partner determination
- Output determination
- Availability checks and transfer of requirements
- Work on integration between SAP SD and MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM modules.
- Handle incident management, problem resolution, and root-cause analysis.
- Prepare functional specifications for enhancements, reports, interfaces, forms, and workflows.
- Coordinate with ABAP developers for custom developments and enhancements.
- Participate in implementation,



rollout, testing, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support activities.
- Conduct requirement gathering and workshops with business stakeholders.
- Prepare functional documentation, test scripts, and user training materials.
- Support business users and provide solutions within agreed SLAs.
- Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation.

Required Skills :

- 78 years of hands-on SAP SD experience.
- Strong knowledge of SAP SD configuration and end-to-end order-to-cash (OTC/O2C) processes.
- Experience in at least one SAP implementation/rollout and support project.
- Good understanding of pricing procedures, condition techniques, copy controls, account determination, and output determination.
- Experience with integration between SD and FI/MM/PP.
- Knowledge of IDocs, interfaces, enhancements, and basic debugging concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience working with offshore/onshore teams is desirable.

Preferred / Valuable to Have :

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori and S/4HANA SD processes.
- Exposure to SAP Activate methodology.
- Experience with EDI/IDoc integration.
- Knowledge of GST/e-invoicing and Indian localization would be an advantage.
- SAP SD certification is a plus.

Education :

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline.
