Roles and Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement annealing processes for cold rolling mills to improve product quality and reduce defects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules, reduce downtime, and increase efficiency.
- Data Analysis to identify areas of improvement in the annealing process.
- Develop and maintain documentation of annealing procedures, including protocols, reports, and records.

Job Requirements :

- 2-12 years of experience in the Cold Rolling Mill, preferably in a role related to annealing.
- Robust understanding of LPG (Ladle Furnace Processing) techniques used in cold rolling mill operations.
- Monitor furnace flow setting and oil/ LPG flow setting for all running furnaces.

- Knowledge of heat treatment processes, including annealing, hardening, tempering, etc.
- Review N2/H2 purifier readings periodically during the shift
