Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage procurement operations from planning to delivery, ensuring timely and cost-effective sourcing of materials.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors to negotiate prices, improve quality, and increase supply chain efficiency.
- Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers, evaluate their capabilities, and select the most suitable ones for specific requirements.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory standards, and industry best practices in all procurement activities.

Job Requirements :

- 2-8 years of experience in procurement management or a related field.
- Robust knowledge of material management, purchase operations, price negotiation, and vendor development.
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (e.g., engineering teams) and external partners (vendors).
- Ability to analyze data to inform strategic decisions on inventory control, logistics optimization.
