About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and online presence.
- Plan, manage, and optimize social media campaigns across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
- Create and manage engaging social media content in collaboration with content and creative teams.
- Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, competitor activities, and industry developments.
- Track campaign performance using relevant analytics and reporting tools.
- Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights for campaign optimization.
- Drive social media engagement, follower growth, leads, and conversions through effective campaigns.
- Plan and manage paid social media advertising campaigns and optimize them based on performance.




- Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing campaigns with business goals.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform algorithms, tools, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 4+ years of experience in Digital Marketing and Social Media Marketing.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and social media platforms.
- Hands-on experience in social media management and campaign execution.
- Knowledge of digital marketing analytics and performance reporting tools.
- Positive understanding of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, and content marketing.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
