Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across multiple locations.

- Lead a team of recruiters to achieve bulk hiring targets within given timelines.

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent from diverse sources.

- Ensure seamless onboarding process for current joiners, including induction training and documentation.

- Analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6-11 years of experience in corporate recruitment or staffing industry.

- Proven track record in bulk hiring, leadership hiring, technical recruitment, payroll processing, operations management, and end-to-end recruitment.

- Strong understanding of talent acquisition principles and best practices in IT services & consulting sector.
