- 10+ years experience in cybersecurity PMO, Information Security GRC, technology risk, audit remediation, or governance, preferably in financial services.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Cybersecurity, Business, Audit, Risk Management, or a related field.
- CISSP, PMP, PRINCE2, ITIL, ISO 27001, or equivalent certifications are an added advantage.
- Proven ability to lead cybersecurity, technology-risk, audit-remediation, risk, issue, or control-assurance programs.
- Experience managing control-gap inventories, master data, remediation tracking, dashboards, forecasts, aging analysis, and executive reporting.
- Robust knowledge of ISO 27001, NIST, CRI, control validation, remediation, risk acceptance, and residual risk.
- Experience managing governance forums, stakeholder reviews, audit submissions, approvals, action tracking, and escalations.




- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, repositories, evidence management, version control, audit trails, and GRC/reporting tools.
- Strong analytical, quality-assurance, stakeholder-management, and communication skills, with the ability to present complex risk matters clearly.
- Ability to prioritize competing demands, manage multiple workstreams and deadlines, and exercise sound judgment.
- Effective collaboration across Japan, India, and global locations; excellent English communication skills, with Japanese proficiency as an advantage.
