As a Growth and Strategy Intern, youll collaborate with the founders and core team, helping drive cross-functional projects, streamline internal processes, and contribute to client success. This internship will give you hands-on experience across SEO, digital marketing, and business development in a quick-paced, high-impact environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with founders and leadership on business growth and strategic initiatives.
- Assist with SEO research, content planning, and marketing execution across various channels.
- Help with client-facing deliverables and ensure the timely completion of tasks impacting client success.
- Conduct research and analysis to support decision-making and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth.
- Track key metrics and performance indicators, generating reports and insights.
- Maintain and update internal documentation and project tracking tools.
- Take ownership of coordination and administrative functions that keep teams aligned.
- Contribute proactively during team discussions to drive experimentation and improvement.
Qualifications:
- Currently based in Bangalore and able to work full-time from our office in HSR Layout.
- Strong interest in business strategy, marketing, SEO, and client operations.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
- Clear communication skills (written and verbal) with a collaborative mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities in a deadline-driven environment.
