Roles and Responsibilities :
- Provide high-quality patient care to newborns, infants, and children in the NICU/OT settings.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
- Monitor patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform various medical procedures as needed.
- Maintain accurate records of patient treatment and communicate effectively with families regarding patient status.
Job Requirements :
- 2+ years of experience in nursing (ANM/GNM/Nursing).
- NO Bsc Nursing candidates.
- Strong knowledge of neonatal intensive care unit (NICU) protocols and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in an operating theatre (OT) workplace.
