- Design, implement, and maintain Oracle HCM Cloud solutions for clients across various industries.
- Provide technical expertise on Oracle Payroll (US) module to ensure accurate and timely processing of employee salaries, bonuses, and benefits.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop customized solutions using Oracle HCM modules such as Core HR, Absence Management, Time & Labor, Benefits Administration.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects and provide resolutions in a timely manner.
Job Requirements :
- 8-15 years of experience in implementing or supporting Oracle HCM Cloud solutions.
- Strong knowledge of US Payroll (Oracle Payroll) module including setup, configuration, data loading, reporting etc. .
- Experience working with other Oracle HCM modules like Core HR , Absence Management , Time & Labor , Perks Administration .
