- Should possess knowledge of Sub Assembly and final line CTP and CTQ.

- Responsible to handle day to day Final line and Sub Assy. production to achieve production targets & factory targets.

- Coordinating the production in terms of Man, Machines & Materials.

- Responsible for the daily KPIs, production achievement rate, man-hour per unit & FTR.

- Coordination with inter departments for smooth execution of daily production.

- Effective utilization of manpower, Maximize productivity of machinery and workers

- Responsible for Hourly Production monitor and lot closing on daily basis.

- To control WIP & Productivity improvement & Process improvement.

- Encourage safety & housekeeping practices & lead by examples.

- Responsible to explicit the process rejection on daily basis & Improvement to minimize the scrap cost per appliance. Responsible to maintain 5S on shopfloor

- Should knowledge of SAP and Excel.
