Job Purpose

To manage the student admissions process for the CBSE & IB curriculum, guide parents and students through programme options, and drive enrolment by providing accurate information and a high-quality admission experience.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from prospective parents and students regarding CBSE & IB programmes, curriculum, eligibility, fees, and admission procedures.
- Counsel families on the benefits, structure, and academic pathways of the CBSE & IB curriculum.
- Conduct campus visits, counselling sessions, and admission presentations.
- Follow up with prospective families through calls, emails, and meetings to support enrolment conversions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, applications, follow-ups, and admissions in the CRM.
- Coordinate with academic, administration, and finance teams throughout the admission process.
- Organise and support admission events, open houses, parent interactions, and school tours.




- Ensure a smooth and professional experience for families from enquiry through enrolment.
- Stay updated on CBSE & IB programmes, admission policies, school offerings, and competitor schools.

Candidate Profile

- Graduate in any discipline; a degree in Education, Management, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Positive years of experience in admissions, counselling, preferably within an CBSE & IB / international school environment.
- Strong understanding of the CBSE & IB curriculum and programmes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, counselling, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-management and follow-up abilities.
- Customer-focused, target-oriented, and confident in interacting with parents.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/admission management systems.
