Job Title: Fundraising & CSR Manager Gaushala

Role Overview

Responsible for developing fundraising strategies, building donor and CSR partnerships, mobilising resources, and ensuring effective utilisation and reporting of funds for the sustainable development and welfare of the Gaushala.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute fundraising strategies to achieve annual financial and sustainability targets.

Identify and approach corporates, CSR teams, foundations, family offices, HNIs, and individual donors.

Develop CSR proposals, grant applications, fundraising campaigns, and donor presentations.

Build and maintain strong relationships with donors, corporates, NGOs, trustees, and senior stakeholders.

Lead fundraising for cow welfare, fodder, veterinary care, shelter development, infrastructure, and Gaushala operations.

Coordinate CSR projects related to animal welfare, setting, waste management, biogas, vermicomposting, and community development.

Track donations, commitments, fund utilisation, project progress, and outcomes.

Ensure transparency, compliance, proper documentation, and timely donor/CSR reporting.

Organise and coordinate fundraising events, CSR visits, campaigns, and donor engagement activities.

Prepare regular reports on fundraising performance, project outcomes, expenditure,



and impact.

Identify future funding requirements and align fundraising activities with the Gaushala's objectives.

Collect and act on feedback from donors and CSR partners to strengthen long-term relationships.

Coordinate with the Gaushala management team to ensure funds are utilised effectively for fodder, animal health, manpower, sanitation, infrastructure, and daily operations.

Achievement of annual fundraising and revenue targets.

Number and value of CSR/donor partnerships established.

Successful grant/proposal closures.

Donor retention and relationship management.

Timely and transparent utilisation and reporting of funds.

Successful implementation of CSR and Gaushala development projects.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Social Work, CSR, Management, Development Studies, or a related field.

Strong communication, networking, fundraising, and proposal-writing skills.

Ability to build relationships with corporates, donors, NGOs, and senior stakeholders.

Strong reporting, coordination, and project-management skills.

Experience in CSR, fundraising, NGO, animal welfare, or social-sector projects will be preferred.
