Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) Functional Consultant with deep expertise in Availability Check (ATP) and Scope of Check configurations. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, configuring, testing, and supporting core SAP SD solutions, with a primary focus on Order Fulfillment, Advanced ATP (aATP), and inventory commitment logic.
Key Responsibilities

- Core SAP SD Implementation & Support: Lead the functional design, configuration, and maintenance of SAP SD modules (Order-to-Cash, Pricing, Billing, Invoicing, Credit Management, and Deliveries).
- Availability Check & ATP Configuration: Design and configure Scope of Check, checking groups, checking rules, and control parameters for availability checks at the order and delivery levels
- Advanced ATP (aATP): (For S/4HANA environments) Configure Product Availability Check (PAC), Backorder Processing (BOP), Product Allocation (PAL), and Alternative Based Confirmation (ABC).
- Cross-Module Integration: Collaborate closely with SAP MM, PP, FICO, and EWM teams to ensure seamless integration across inventory reservation, production planning, and outbound logistics.
- Business Requirement Gathering: Translate complex business requirements into detailed Functional Specifications (FS)



for technical (ABAP) development, custom enhancements, and user exits.
- Testing & Support: Create test scenarios, write comprehensive test scripts, conduct Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and provide hypercare and post-go-live support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Experience: 4 to 7 years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Functional Consultant across full life-cycle implementations, rollouts, or support projects.
- Core Expertise:
- In-depth functional knowledge of SAP SD Availability Check (ATP), Scope of Check, checking rules, and inventory allocation dynamics.
- Strong mastery of Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes, master data, pricing procedure determination, and delivery processing.

- S/4HANA Knowledge: Hands-on experience or working knowledge of S/4HANA Advanced ATP (aATP) is highly preferred.
- Documentation & Testing: Proven ability to author Functional Specifications (FS), RICEFW documentation, test scripts, and end-user training material.
- Education: Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related fields.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP SD / S/4HANA Sales Certification.
- Experience with ABAP debugging and understanding custom SAP enhancements (BAdIs, User Exits, Enhancements Spots).
