We are looking for a Corporate Relationship Manager to build relationships with Corporate HR teams and generate job opportunities for our students, especially in the Banking & Financial Services sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Connect with Corporate HR, Talent Acquisition and Recruitment teams.
- Identify and source job openings in Banks, NBFCs, Insurance and Financial Services.
- Build corporate relationships and develop placement partnerships.
- Share suitable student profiles with companies.
- Coordinate interviews and follow up until selection/joining.
- Search job portals, company career pages and professional networks for opportunities.
- Maintain corporate contacts, job requirements and follow-up reports.
- Achieve monthly targets for HR contacts,
job openings, meetings and placements.
Requirements
- 0–3 years experience in Corporate Relations, Business Development, Recruitment, Sales or Client Relationship Management.
- Freshers with valuable communication skills can apply.
- Strong communication, networking and follow-up skills.
- Interest in the Banking/Financial Services sector preferred.
- Target-oriented and willing to travel for corporate meetings.
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets and job portals.
