Video Editor (Full-Time | Hybrid Delhi NCR)

We are looking for a creative and skilled Video Editor with experience in editing YouTube videos, shorts, reels, and social media content. The ideal candidate should have strong editing skills and the ability to turn raw footage into engaging, high-retention content across platforms.

Role & responsibilities

- Edit engaging long-form YouTube videos with strong storytelling, pacing, music, and emotional impact.
- Create high-performing short-form content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms.
- Add motion graphics, subtitles, transitions, sound design, and color grading to enhance video quality.
- Ensure content is designed with clean typography, layouts, and branding consistency.
- Create thumbnails optimized for CTR, including A/B test variations.
- Assist in researching, curating, organizing, and fact-checking content for upcoming video shoots across multiple categories.




- Support outdoor and studio shoots whenever required as part of the video production workflow.
- Stay updated with content trends and editing styles and leverage AI tools to improve speed and creative output.
- Maintain high-quality standards across all final deliverables.

Candidate requirements

- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects.
- Working knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator and Creative Cloud.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
- Strong sense of visual storytelling, timing, and audio-video sync.
- Ability to handle multiple projects with excellent attention to detail.
- Creativity, adaptability, a problem-solving attitude and ability to take feedback and iterate quickly.
- Must own a laptop/computer capable of handling skilled video editing workflows.
