Job Title: Full Stack Developer

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer with hands-on experience in modern web technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building scalable, high-performance web applications using a robust tech stack including React.js, Node.js, and modern databases. You will work across the full development lifecycle, ensuring seamless integration between frontend and backend systems while maintaining strong standards for code quality, performance, and security.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly web applications using React.js and Tailwind CSS, following a reusable component-based architecture.
- Design,build, and maintain RESTful APIs using Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS.
- Work with PostgreSQL and MongoDB to manage, optimize, and scale data storage solutions.
- Ensure effective and secure communication between frontend and backend systems.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to define and implement new features.
- Write clean, maintainable,



and well-documented code following industry best practices.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness.
- Participate in code reviews and use Git for version control and team collaboration.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Professional experience as a Full Stack Developer or in a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in:
- React.js
- Node.js, Express.js, or NestJS
- JavaScript (ES6+)
- Tailwind CSS

- Experience working with PostgreSQL and/or MongoDB.
- Solid understanding of RESTful API design and development.
- Familiarity with modern frontend tooling (e.g., npm, Webpack/Vite, etc.).
- Experience with Git and collaborative development workflows.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Prisma ORM.
- Understanding of authentication/authorization (JWT, OAuth, etc.).
