- Collect, receive, label, and process blood, urine, and other clinical samples.
- Perform laboratory tests as per standard procedures and protocols.
- Conduct tests in areas such as hematology, biochemistry, clinical pathology, and microbiology.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot laboratory equipment.
- Ensure accurate testing, documentation, and timely reporting of results.
- Follow quality control and quality assurance procedures.
- Maintain proper records of samples, test results, reagents, and laboratory reports.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of samples and laboratory reagents.
- Follow infection control, laboratory safety, and biomedical waste management guidelines.
- Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare staff when required.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene within the laboratory.
- Handle patient queries professionally and ensure proper patient identification before sample collection.

Qualification: DMLT / B.Sc. MLT / B.Sc. Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
