Key Responsibilities

- Manage and support IMS DC production systems.
• Perform IMS system generation, installation,



maintenance and migration.
• Monitor system performance and conduct tuning activities.
• Prepare JCL, operational procedures and technical documentation.
• Troubleshoot issues with IBM and ISV vendors.
• Support IMS upgrades and apply RSU maintenance.
• Provide on-call support and mentor junior team members.
