Role Overview
We are looking for enthusiastic and highly motivated graduates to join our ServiceNow Rookies Program. This program is designed to develop future ServiceNow professionals through structured training, mentoring, hands-on projects, and certification opportunities.

The selected candidates will learn ServiceNow platform fundamentals, IT Service Management (ITSM) concepts, workflow automation, and enterprise digital transformation practices while supporting implementation and enhancement projects.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in ServiceNow onboarding and technical training programs.
- Learn ServiceNow platform administration and configuration basics.
- Assist senior developers and consultants in implementing ServiceNow solutions.

- Support configuration of forms, workflows, catalogs, and reports.
- Perform testing, defect logging, and validation of platform enhancements.

- Work with project teams to document requirements and user stories.
- Assist in data loading, system configuration, and basic integrations.
-Troubleshoot straightforward platform issues under supervision.
- Follow organizational processes, quality standards, and security guidelines.
- Continuously develop ServiceNow knowledge through training and certifications.

Required Qualifications:
Education
Bachelor's degree in:
o Computer Science
o Information Technology
o Electronics
o Software Engineering
o Related technical disciplines

Basic Skills
- Understanding software development (SDLC) fundamentals.




- Basic knowledge of databases and SQL concepts.
- Familiarity with web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript.
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integrations is an advantage.
- Understanding ITIL or IT Service Management concepts is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Positive verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to learn quickly and work collaboratively in a team environment.

Program Deliverables During First 12 Months
- Complete ServiceNow foundational training.
- Achieve CSA certification.
- Participate in implementation/support projects.
- Demonstrate proficiency in:
o ITSM
o Service Catalog
o Flow Designer
o Reporting & Dashboards
o Platform Administration

- Successfully complete rookie-to-associate assessment.
