Banking & Fund Raising:

- Manage relationships with banks and financial institutions

- Lead fund raising initiatives: Working Capital, Term Loans, Project Funding, BG, LC

- Prepare and review CMA data, QIS reports, stock statements, and financial proposals

- Drive negotiations for sanction, renewal, enhancement, and restructuring of limits

- Ensure timely documentation, compliance, and reporting to lenders

- Monitor debt servicing, repayment schedules, and financial covenants

Treasury & Working Capital Management:

- Lead treasury operations including fund planning and cash flow forecasting

- Optimize working capital utilization across business units

- Ensure liquidity availability and effective fund deployment

- Drive cost optimization through effective banking arrangements

Financial Planning & Analysis:

- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and annual operating plan

- Conduct variance analysis and performance reviews

- Develop MIS dashboards for senior leadership

- Provide financial insights for strategic planning and expansion





- Support investment decisions and risk assessment

Compliance & Financial Control:

- Oversee finalization of accounts and financial statements

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, Companies Act, ROC requirements

- Coordinate with auditors (statutory, internal)

- Strengthen internal financial controls and governance frameworks

- Ensure audit readiness and financial discipline

Leadership & Coordination:

- Lead and mentor finance & accounts team

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Purchase, Sales, SCM, Operations, HR)

- Drive process improvements and system efficiencies

- Support leadership with strategic financial initiatives
