Role: Junior Electrical Technician

Reporting to : Lead, Control Systems

Responsibilities:

The Electrical Technician will work shoulder-to-shoulder with our engineering team on Takachars biomass reactors from panel build at our Delhi NCR workshop to installation and upkeep at customer sites across India. The role is hands-on: wiring panels, chasing faults with a multimeter, supporting engineers through commissioning trips, and growing into deeper ownership as the technician learns the machines. The technician is also a key part of our new proactive customer-site care program visiting deployed machines on a planned schedule, running the site-health checklist, and making sure customers always feel supported. Basic mechanical support (fitting, cutting, grinding) may be required under supervision, along with travel to customer sites for assembly, maintenance, or repair.

Skills and Experience :

- ITI or Diploma in Electrical / Electronics.
- 02 years of relevant exposure; freshers with strong fundamentals and hands-on project work are welcome.
- Basic troubleshooting in electrical systems confident use of multi-meter and clamp meter.
- Ability to read basic electrical drawings, wiring schematics, and terminal diagrams.
- Comfort with panel wiring, electrical terminations, and preventive / corrective maintenance.
- Exposure to SMPS,



electrical drives, PLCs, HMIs, and DC voltage levels is a plus.
- Ability to learn basic mechanical work under supervision (assembly, cutting, grinding) when needed.
- Safety-first mindset; willingness to identify and implement safe working practices.
- Willingness and prior experience of being hands-on in product development. This role is a blend of workshop builds, machine operation, outdoor testing, field travel, electrical assembly, and basic mechanical support.
- Willingness to travel to customer sites across India for installation, maintenance, and proactive customer visits.
