Required Skills & Experience

- Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Prior work experience in the Insurance Industry is mandatory.
- Experience handling a Voice Process is mandatory.
- Robust customer interaction and telephone etiquette skills.
- Ability to effectively address customer queries and provide appropriate resolutions.
- Comfortable working in a target-driven and customer-centric environment.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Experience in customer service, sales, telesales, claims support, or insurance operations.
- Good listening, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in handling inbound and/or outbound calls.
- Ability to multitask and maintain accuracy while interacting with customers.
