Key Responsibilities

- Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
- Understand prospects business requirements and identify suitable software/SaaS solutions.
- Introduce and explain Mingrow’s CRM and Business OS platform to potential customers.
- Conduct online product presentations and software demos.
- Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline.
- Understand customer pain points and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain accurate lead, follow-up and sales information in CRM.
- Coordinate with the sales and product teams for demos, proposals and closures.
- Convert qualified prospects into paying customers.
- Maintain consistent follow-ups until closure.
- Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Prepare weekly sales activity and pipeline reports.
- Build long-term relationships with business owners and decision-makers.

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good convincing, presentation and negotiation abilities.
- Basic understanding of IT products,



software and SaaS business models.
- Experience in software, IT or SaaS sales will be preferred.
- Understanding of CRM, lead management and sales pipelines.
- Ability to explain software features and perks in simple business language.
- Comfortable conducting online product demonstrations.
- Strong follow-up and lead-conversion skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets and CRM tools.
- Target-oriented, disciplined and self-motivated.
