Job Description

SAP S/4HANA Sales- Lead Functional Consultant

- Minimum 1015 years of SAP experience.
- Solid expertise in SAPUI5, Fiori application development, and OData services.
- Hands-on experience with CDS views, AMDP, EDI and S/4HANA extensibility options.
- Proficiency in performance tuning, debugging, and optimization of ABAP programs.
- Experience in SAP Gateway, Fiori Launchpad configuration, and custom app development.
- Knowledge of integration with SAP modules (MM, SD, FI, PP, HR).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to design scalable solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

- At least one full-cycle implementation in the automotive or manufacturing domain.
- Exposure to cloud-based SAP solutions and mobility platforms.
- Experience working with Japanese business processes and compliance frameworks.





Key Responsibilities

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom SAP ABAP programs and Fiori applications.
- Develop and maintain SAPUI5 applications, OData services, CDS views, and Fiori Launchpad configurations.
- Collaborate with functional consultants to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Optimize and enhance existing ABAP programs, reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (RICEF).
- Ensure seamless integration with SAP modules such as MM, SD, FI, PP, and HR.
- Ensure seamless integration with other systems through EDI.
- Provide technical leadership in SAP S/4HANA migration and modernization projects.
- Conduct performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting of ABAP and Fiori applications.
- Prepare technical specifications, documentation, and conduct code reviews.
- Mentor junior developers and contribute to best practices and coding standards.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies, tools, and frameworks.
- Ensure compliance with Japanese business processes, statutory, audit, and control requirements.
