Key Responsibilities

1.Work on the interested leads provided by the company
2. Call prospective customers, understand requirements & schedule meetings
3. Visit clients to pitch insurance solutions and close sales
4.Provide excellent customer service & build strong long-term relationships
5. Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets
6.Maintain visit logs,



sales tracking & reporting
7.Coordinate with backend support teams for documentation and issuance

Eligibility & Requirements

1. Qualification: Minimum 12th pass
2. Freshers can apply
3. Kannada language mandatory
4. Driving License & Two-wheeler mandatory
5. Positive communication & customer handling skills
6. Comfortable with office + field sales role
7. Target-driven and ambitious mindset
