- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to identify opportunities for index rebalancing and optimization.
- Collaborate with portfolio managers to design custom indexes that meet their investment objectives.
- Monitor and report on index performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Job Requirements :
- 2-8 years of experience in indexing or related field (e.g., asset management).
- Solid understanding of finance, economics, and statistical analysis principles.
- Proficiency in Python programming language or similar tools (e.g., R).
- Experience working with large datasets and ability to analyze complex data sets.
