Purpose of the Role

To drive sales operations excellence through effective Order-to-Cash management, SAP process governance, MIS automation, business reporting, and cross-functional coordination, ensuring seamless execution of sales plans and customer commitments.

Key Responsibilities

1. Order-to-Cash (O2C) Management

- Coordinate end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes across customers, sales teams, warehouses, plants, and finance.

- Monitor daily order inflow, dispatches, billing, receivables, and customer service levels.

- Ensure timely execution of customer schedules and delivery commitments.

- Track order fulfillment performance and proactively resolve execution bottlenecks.

- Support collections follow-up and working capital improvement initiatives.

2. Sales Operations Management

- Support daily, weekly, and monthly sales planning activities.

- Coordinate with OE, Aftermarket, Production, Warehouse, and Logistics teams.

- Monitor sales performance against plans and customer requirements.

- Drive operational discipline through structured review mechanisms.

3. SAP Governance & Process Management

- Act as key business coordinator for Sales and Marketing SAP processes.

- Ensure accuracy and integrity of sales-related master data and transactional data.

- Coordinate SAP enhancements, user requirements, testing, and implementation support.

- Drive continuous process improvement through SAP utilization.

4. MIS Automation & Business Reporting





- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and automated MIS reports.

- Enhance reporting efficiency through automation and standardization.

- Generate management reports, performance dashboards, and KPI scorecards.

- Support digital transformation initiatives within the commercial function.

5. Management Reviews & Governance

- Coordinate HOD Reviews, Monthly Business Reviews, and leadership presentations.

- Consolidate and analyse sales, customer, and operational data.

- Track action items and support review closure mechanisms.

- Ensure timely availability of management information.

Educational Qualifications

- Bachelor s Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Management, or related discipline.

- MBA preferred.

Experience

- 5-8 years of experience in Automotive OEM/Tier-1 industry.
