What will you drive?

- Ensure adherence to defined sales processes, policies, and compliance standards.
- Drive quality assurance across sales interactions (calls, chats, emails).
- Identify gaps in sales performance and recommend actionable improvements.
- Maintain high standards of customer experience through regular audits.
- Share insights and feedback with Sales & Training teams for continuous improvement .
- Improve conversion quality through effective audit and feedback mechanisms.
- Build a strong quality and compliance-driven sales culture.

Who are we looking for?

- Experience in Quality Analysis / Sales Audit / Call Auditing.
- Prior Inside Sales experience (Individual Contributor role).
- Experience in Sales Training.
- Background in Call Center / Voice Process.
- Strong understanding of sales processes and customer interaction quality.
- Excellent analytical, listening, and feedback skills.
- Valuable communication skills (verbal & written).
- High attention to detail and observation skills.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
