We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Executive- Talent Acquisition to join our team in Bengaluru. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 7 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders.
- Conduct interviews, assessments, and evaluations to identify the best candidates.
- Manage job postings, resumes, and applications on various platforms.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and requirements.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment principles, practices, and technologies.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.




- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other recruitment software.
