L3 Troubleshooting & Technical Governance

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and own enterprise IAM architecture using Microsoft Entra ID
• Architect hybrid identity and integrate SaaS, on-prem and third-party applications
• Drive IAM security, Zero Trust, governance and compliance initiatives
• Develop automation and self-service capabilities using PowerShell and Graph API
• Provide L3 architectural support and mentor IAM engineering teams
• Interact with customer stakeholders and leadership forums
