Interior Sales Consultant

Job description

- Drive sales conversions by following up on leads, conducting site visits and negotiating contracts.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
- Identify, pursue, and convert leads into booked projects, primarily focusing on interior sales conversions.
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, ensuring a steady flow of leads.
- Conduct site visits, meetings, and presentations to showcase our products/services and build relationships with clients.

Requirements:
* Education: Bachelors degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
* Experience: 3+ years of experience in interior design or client-facing sales roles (residential/commercial projects)

* Skills:
* Robust communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in Excel, AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar design tools.
* Knowledge of materials, finishes, and furnishings.
* Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
* Client-oriented mindset with attention to detail.
