Plan, coordinate, and execute internal audit assignments across departments and functions.
*Assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and governance processes.
*Evaluate compliance with internal policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
*Conduct risk-based audits and suggest improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
*Identify control gaps, inefficiencies, and potential risks.
*Prepare detailed audit reports and present findings to senior management with recommendations.
*Monitor the implementation of corrective actions and follow up on audit issues.
*Participate in the development of the annual audit plan and strategy.
*Ensure compliance with SOX, IFC, ICFR, and other applicable frameworks.
