Job Overview: Salary: Up to 35,000 CTC | Experience: Minimum 2 Years (Store / Inventory / Warehouse Operations)
Qualification: Graduation (B. Com preferred) | Gender: Male Candidates Only | Joining: Immediate Joiners Preferred
Job Type & Work Details: Full-time | Work from Office Only | Monday to Saturday (6 Days) | 11:00 AM – 07:30 PM | Walk-in / Face-to-Face
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day store and inventory operations
- Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing materials
- Handle material receiving, inspection, storage and arrangement
- Maintain stock registers, inventory records and material documentation
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Conduct physical stock verification and reconcile with system records
- Identify stock shortages, excess stock, damages or discrepancies
- Ensure proper tagging, labelling and systematic storage of materials
- Issue materials against authorized requests with proper documentation




- Coordinate with Operations, Accounts and other departments
- Maintain records of consumables, stationery, packing materials and other store items
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly inventory and stock reports
- Ensure proper housekeeping, safety and security of the store
- Maintain records in Excel/system and ensure data accuracy
- Support internal audits by providing required stock and material records

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in Store / Inventory / Warehouse Operations
- Prior experience in the logistics industry will be preferred
- Valuable knowledge of inventory and stock management & Basic Excel
- Experience in maintaining stock registers and material records
- Good coordination, communication and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of inward/outward material process and stock reconciliation
