Role Summary: We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS R12 Finance Functional Consultant to provide managed services support. The resource will be responsible for day-to-day application support, issue resolution, monthly close support, enhancement support. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Oracle Finance applications and should be able to work directly with Finance, Accounting, and IT stakeholders to ensure stable and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide ongoing managed services support for Oracle EBS Finance modules, including:
- General Ledger (GL)
- Accounts Payable (AP)
- Accounts Receivable (AR)
- Fixed Assets (FA)
- Cash Management (CM)
- Subledger Accounting (SLA)
- Support business users with day-to-day issues, application questions, data validation, reporting issues, and process execution.




- Troubleshoot application issues, data loads, calculations, business rules, forms, reports, consolidations, and integrations.
- Support monthly, quarterly, and year-end close activities.
- Coordinate with Oracle Support for SR creation, tracking, and resolution where required.
- Maintain support documentation, knowledge articles, issue logs, and resolution notes.
- Ensure timely response and resolution in line with agreed SLA expectations.

Skills & Experience
- 9+ years of experience in Oracle EBS R12 Finance applications.
- Experience in a production support or managed services environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
- Robust prioritization skills, especially during close and planning cycles.
- Ability to manage multiple tickets, enhancements, and recurring support activities.
