We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Marketing Creative Designer with 3+ years of experience to support branding, marketing, and communication initiatives across all our group companies, including Mentco Manufacturing and Verity Global Solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in modern design tools, a deep understanding of branding, and the ability to create high-quality creatives for digital and offline platforms. This role requires someone who can translate business objectives into impactful visual communication.

Additionally, since the role involves creating creatives for global markets, the candidate must possess strong communication skills and an understanding of international audience preferences, tone, and visual expectations.

With the increasing adoption of AI in marketing, the candidate should also be comfortable leveraging AI-powered creative tools for ideation, image generation, design enhancement, content adaptation, and rapid creative development. Strong understanding of prompt writing / prompt engineering for marketing creatives will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop high-quality creatives for:
- Social media campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Ads, etc.)
- Website banners, landing pages, and UI elements
- Email marketing campaigns and newsletters
- Corporate presentations, brochures, and marketing collaterals
- Trade show creatives, banners, and exhibition materials

- Work closely with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute campaigns across all group companies
- Ensure brand consistency across all platforms for Mentco, Verity, and other group entities
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver creative solutions aligned with business goals




- Support performance marketing initiatives through high-converting ad creatives
- Leverage AI design and creative tools to improve efficiency, ideation, image enhancement, content generation, and rapid concept development
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Coordinate with external agencies/vendors when required

Software & Technical Skills (Mandatory)

Design Tools:

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro)
- Canva (Advanced Usage)
- Figma / Adobe XD

AI & Modern Creative Tools:

Experience with AI-powered creative/design tools such as:

- ChatGPT / Claude (for ideation & prompt creation)
- Midjourney / DALL•E / Adobe Firefly / Canva AI / Runway ML
- AI-based image enhancement / background editing / creative adaptation tools

Candidate should be capable of:

- Writing effective prompts for generating marketing creatives
- Using AI tools for creative ideation and campaign concept generation
- Speeding up content adaptation and creative workflows using AI

Additional Skills:

Key Requirements

- Minimum 3+ years of experience in graphic design / marketing creatives
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital, branding, and campaign work
- Ability to handle end-to-end creative execution independently
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), with the ability to create and adapt creatives for global audiences
- Strong attention to detail and creative thinking ability
