Qualification: BAMS / BHMS from a recognized university

Key Responsibilities
- Medical scrutiny and assessment of health insurance claims
- Evaluation of cashless / pre-authorisation requests
- Scrutiny of reimbursement claims and medical documents
- Review of diagnosis, treatment, hospitalization and medical bills
- Assessment of claim admissibility as per policy terms, conditions and coverage
- Identification of discrepancies,
unnecessary treatment and potential Fraud, Waste & Abuse (FWA)
- Ensuring accuracy and adherence to prescribed TAT and quality standards
- Preferred Skills
- Good knowledge of medical terminology and hospitalization procedures
- Understanding of health insurance claims will be an advantage
- Positive analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong communication and coordination abilities
- Basic computer knowledge
